I would like to return my product

You can make a return request by signing in to your account, then selecting Product Returns in your dashboard. Following said request, a return order will be sent directly to your email inbox. Make sure that the product is in perfect condition. Check that you have kept the label attached to the garment and that the latter has not been worn or washed. All your products may be returned to Kiplay vintage except masks, for hygiene reasons. You have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to return the product to us. The return costs will be borne by Kiplay vintage.

Return refunds

Once we have received your product, we will refund you within 48 hours and you will receive the money in your bank account within 2 or 3 working days. The delivery costs of your initial order will not be refunded.

Is my payment secure?

When you reach the checkout page, the padlock symbol by the URL appears and indicates that your connection is encrypted and secure. SSL encryption technology guarantees the security of the information you provide during the payment transaction.

How do I use my gift card?

You can add the gift card number after selecting your delivery method. If your purchase amount is less than the amount on your card, you will be able to use your gift card again for a future purchase.
