Kiplay Vintage has brought back the authentic 1920s hunting jacket. Crafted out of organic brushed moleskin fabric, it is both functional and durable.
The traditional back “game” pocket once used for storing birds during hunts has been reproduced exactly as it was.
It also features a series of pockets that were used, back in the day, for carrying ammunition, cartridges and other hunting accessories.

moleskin is a fabric that looks like shorn velvet, a bit like a mole’s fur (hence the name). The densely woven cotton cloth has been used extensively in France to make work clothes because it is hard-wearing and durable. Moleskin is often described as the French equivalent of American Denim,
both commonly dyed indigo blue and intended for the same use. Thanks to the exterior brushed appearance, the fabric feels soft to the touch and warm to wear.
